Design of a boutique hotel and spa in south austin. It is located on south congress with views to the capital and pedestrian access to the many restaurants and shops in the south congress district and downtown.

The design of the hotel includes a full service spa and pools that open out to japanese gardens, a small restaurant and bar, a roof top pool and an assortment of rooms and suites. The screen wrapping the hotel and the gardens is designed to allow views out from the rooms to downtown but prevent pedestrians from seeing up into the rooms. The hotel is also designed so that the service personnel are never seen. The larger suites are designed so that they open directly off the elevator and no more than two rooms open onto one elevator vestibule to ensure privacy.
