It depends on the project and how you like to work. For new construction, design typically takes about 4–6 months. This pace allows time to review each phase thoughtfully. Many clients find it helpful to sit with the design for a week or two between meetings to see how it really fits their day-to-day life.

That said, timelines can be flexible. Some projects move faster, and others take longer depending on complexity and decision-making pace. Smaller projects may take just a few weeks, while larger or more detailed homes may take more time.
